What to expect when applying
Our process consists of different steps aiming to be as clear and efficient as possible, allowing a good decision on both sides. For us, it is extremely important that you have a positive experience.
Screening
We screen all applications as soon as possible and contact the candidates most relevant for the position. We aim to give you feedback on your application as soon as possible.
Meet & Greet
The first meeting is a short one with the hiring manager and the focus is to get to know each other
Skills interview
Goes deeper into the core skills and attributes needed to succeed in the role. For this interview, we have some kind of challenge or case study.
Cultural interview
Here we assess two soft skills that are crucial to being successful at Detectify and contributing to driving the culture we want to have
Final interview
